Here are some pictures of our new home in Punta Gorda Town, Belize. We live in a little community called Hopeville. We are living in a downstairs apartment that has three bedrooms and one bath. I didn't post any pictures of the bedrooms, because I don't have any good ones yet, but I will try to get some posted soon so you can see them too.
The apartment building isn't very pretty from the outside as you can see, but on the inside, our apartment is clean and bright with lots of room for our kiddos to run around and play. Our apartment is on the far right (the one with the double white doors. When you walk in, you are in the living area looking straight back to the kitchen. As you step into the front door, our bedroom is on your right. The other two bedrooms are on the right as well as the bathroom. Basically our apartment goes straight back with the living area, dining area, and kitchen on the left side and all the bedrooms and bathroom on the right side. It is feeling more and more like home everyday. We are still lacking a few things that we need and/or want, but poco a poco (little by little) we will get them.
I also wanted to mention that the kitchen table and chairs that you see as well as the rocking chairs were made by some local Mennonite families here in Belize. Our beds were also made by the Mennonites. They did some beautiful work and we just love our new furniture.
The van that you see is Bob and Rhonda Farley's (our wonderful upstairs neighbors)van that they are letting us borrow for a few weeks. What a blessing!
Well that is a little more of a glimpse into our lives here in Belize. I hope to blog some more soon. We had internet in our apartment for a few days, but are without it once more so blogging is going to be a little more difficult. Hopefully we will get internet going here once again. Someone once said, "Blessed are the flexible, for they will never be bent out of shape."
May the Lord help us be flexible :-)

Well, do you 'feel' like missionaries yet? Your new home is great. And the dining room set is abolutely gorgeous. Not many folks get custom-made furniture as a house-warming gift. It is so pretty.
I got your 1st newsletter from Belize and it was good to hear your travelling went well. The kids look great too. Nathanael has grown so much. How in the world did you carry him while travelling? He's a hefty little boy. Looks just like Levi did when he was an infant.
Hope your Internet comes up soon. Could you use a USB there? That's that little "stick" from AT&T that connects you to the Internet. You don't need anything else but that to get access.
Looking for to seeing some more pics soon.
In Christ and praying for you.
Sneely
