Now, Marnie is wondering, “Just what did Amie do???” I have a confession to make . . . I couldn’t wait until March for Nathanael to have another haircut . . . So, I did it myself the other night during his bath time.
I’m sure it isn’t perfect, but I think I did okay for having a squirmy 1 year old as a customer. Here are some pictures for you to check my work. Please don’t be too harsh on me :-) Only kidding, I know you never would.
For those of you who may not know, Marnie, Cohen’s mom, has always cut our family’s hair. And, she does the most wonderful job ever! The only problem is that we now live too many miles away to get haircuts from her on a regular basis.
So, I am now our family’s barber. Yikes, I know! I wouldn’t want to be my own guinea pig! But, Marnie has taught me a few tricks of the trade and I am learning cut by cut :-) Now, If I could only learn to cut my own hair!
Please don’t cry, Marnie, if I did a terrible job. You can fix it when you come to visit us in March :-) I am hoping that you will be proud of me. I think the little man looks pretty dapper! I do think it makes his cheeks look a little bigger though! Haircuts had the same effect on Levi at that age.
Got to love those chubby little faces!!!
