This is Naema (pronounced "Name uh")and she is such an answer to prayer. As you know I have been home schooling Samuel for a little over 6 weeks now. Things have been going well, but have also been very hard at the same time. Basically, it is near impossible to give Samuel the attention he needs during school time if I have to tend to Iva, Levi and Nathanael as well. So, we talked to Naema (she is a member of the church we attend and she is also one of Cohen's students) to see if she would be interested in helping us out for 2 or 3 hours each morning and she said, "yes".
She has been helping us out now for 2 weeks and I must say that it has made my mornings (and Cohen's) so much better. Now I can focus without wondering what is going on outside our classroom door (remember the cocoa incident). And, she really does great with the kids. She loves to play with them and they just adore her. She is such a sweet young lady and is such a blessing to have in our home. As I am getting to know her better, I can really tell that she wants to live her life for the Lord and she is holding tight to what she knows is right even while living in a world that is so wrong. Please pray for her because at 22 years of age this can be difficult. I thank the Lord for what He is doing in her life and am excited to see what He has planned for her future. And, I thank the Lord for sending her to our home :-)
